Every order placed at Wearseve is handled with care by our production and logistics teams. Standard orders are typically processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days. For our custom-made or personalized jackets, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for production, as these items are crafted specifically to your measurements and specifications. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Timelines

We are proud to offer shipping across the United States as well as select international destinations. For domestic orders within the USA, standard shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. International shipping delivery windows vary by country and region, usually taking between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by couriers, severe weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates and Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the final delivery destination. From time to time, Wearseve may offer promotional free standard shipping on domestic orders that meet a specific minimum purchase threshold. For international orders, please be aware that any destination customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, we will send a shipment notification email containing a unique tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your package's journey in real time. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the label is generated. If you notice a lack of updates or experience issues with your tracking link after 48 hours, please reach out to our team for assistance.

Address Corrections and Delivery Issues

We ask that you carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, please email us immediately. We can easily update your address within 12 hours of order placement, but we cannot make changes or redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Wearseve is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to invalid or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives physically damaged from transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and the contents immediately. You must report shipping damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement. In the rare event that your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office before contacting us.
