Wearseve Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under specific conditions. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all tags and original packaging. Additionally, if you are claiming a defect or a sizing error, it must be verified by our team. Please note that certain items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include custom-made or personalized jackets, items that have been damaged after delivery such as through stains or alterations, and any returns initiated after the 30-day window has closed.

How Returns Work

To start a return, you must email sales@wearseve.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the issue if applicable. Once received, we will respond within 24 to 48 hours to provide a return authorization if approved, along with specific shipping instructions. After receiving approval, you can ship the items back to our warehouse using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. All approved refunds are issued directly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed if requested within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part. Once your exchange is approved, your new item will ship out within 3 to 5 business days.

Color Variations and Damaged Items

Leather and fabric colors may differ slightly from website photos due to individual monitor and screen settings. If you feel the color variance is significant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For items that arrive damaged due to shipping, please report the issue within 48 hours and include photos so we can process a replacement for you.

Custom Orders and Cancellations

Custom orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Any custom order cancellations made after the 12-hour mark will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials.

For standard order cancellations, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 12 hours. Cancellations made after 12 hours will incur a 25% fee, and cancellations made after 3 days will incur a 35% fee. We are unable to accept any order cancellations after 5 days have passed.
